Our meditation classes are specifically designed to teach you how to meditate, no matter your experience level. We use breathing, deep-body relaxation, as well as passive, active, and guided meditation. These can be tailored to your specific group.  Anyone, including seasoned meditators, can experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation with this system. Meditation will help you get your thoughts under control.  Instead of finding yourself in a state of depression or anxiety, you will find your life magically flows better.

What We Include in Each Program:

  • All the materials your employees need to have a relaxing experience: mats, essential oils, flameless candles, music.  All you need to do is show up.

  • A fully insured and completely screened instructor.  Our teachers are proven to be some of the best in the industry.

  • A series of emails to send out to your employees prior to the class to ensure optimal attendance.

  • All liability waivers and intake paperwork handled by our staff.

  • Timely follow-up which includes a survey, a complementary desk yoga card so your employees can continue the experience on their own as well as a link to the video of the class (if done by Zoom).
